Transformers 5 Movie in 2016 - A direct sequel to Transformers Age of Extinction?

Looks like there's a Transformers 5 movie ahead of us judging from this marketing piece:

There's no official announcement yet, but it's obvious the studios will want to keep the franchise alive. It's cash cow,and the public is always yearning for more!

Besides by then, the technology behind CG effects and cameras will have improved, so the fifth movie should be a hell of a great fun to watch!

Most likely a direct sequel to Transformers 4 Age of Extinction, the trailer if you haven't seen it:

TRANSFORMERS 4 AGE OF EXTINCTION

Anyway, let's hope a plot synopsis will be revealed soon. By the way, if you have any suggestion for the plot, feel free to share below, if lucky someone from the studios happening to drop by here could well pick up your idea for the film.

What do you think of a Transformers 5 movie for 2017? Awesome or boring?
:)

Update - The film is now slated for a release in 2016.

Transformers 5 Movie

Transformers 5 MovieAt a press-conference for ROTF in Korea Director Michael Bay cautiously said that the Transformers movie franchise could well go as far as Transformers 5 if the public was showing enough interest. Well, dear Michael Bay, don't worry, you can take the public's support for granted! So, bring it on!

Let's say that the fourth Transformers movie will be release din 2014, and that they don't film Transformers 5 back to back, then it means that Transformers is not likely to be released before 2016. Yep, that's not quite soon. But think about it: by then the cinema industry will have evolved quite a bit, and lot of new technologies will be available, and what's cutting-edge tech today will be cheap and common. Which means that Transformers 5 will be a hell a movie! Just can't imagine yet what sweet special effects and how marvelous the 3D would be in Transformers 5!

I guess Actor Shia Labeouf will still be on board as Sam Witwicky (but he won't a young boy anymore, so his character would be more mature, this may make the plot of Transformers 5 even more attractive). But I'm not sure that Michael bay will be directing that one... he isn't whimsical, but he likes his freedom, and may dream of an even greener grass.

Anyway, transformers 5 isn't tomorrow, so let's enjoy the upcoming Transformers movie.
